Coosaw Creek Country Club features two lighted hard-surfaced tennis courts.  Reservations are not required as court time is on a first-come first-served basis.  Pickle ball lines are also available on court 2, for those who wish to play a slightly slower paced game.

Tennis & Pickle Ball Lessons and Clinics are available through William Wert, Tennis Professional.  William is originally from Oxford, MS but he has spent half of his life in the Summerville, SC area. He has been playing tennis since he was 13, and played high school tennis under coach Heinz Maurer, playing in multiple state playoffs. He also  played college tennis at the University of Mississippi. As of recently he played in his first professional level tournament in Memphis, TN. William has now been teaching tennis for 5 years, and has been certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) for a little over a year. William will be offering private lessons at Coosaw Creek Country Club. Private lessons are available to anyone of any age (although we suggest 8yrs+).  William's focus is on developing necessary skills, while keeping the emphasis on having fun. Lesson rates are $40 an hour for private instruction and $30 an hour for hitting lessons (hitting lessons are for anyone who has already developed tennis skills but would like to further develop their match play mentality).  William is available by appointment only and can be reached by phone at (843) 834-5915 or by email at wrwtennis11@gmail.com.

FREE ADULT PICKLEBALL CLINICS
We will host 2 free pickle ball clinics for members in March.  The first one will be on Thursday, March 7th at 3pm.  And the second one will be on Saturday, March 16th at 2pm.  These clinics will be taught by our Director of Tennis, William Wert, who teaches pickleball at the College of  Charleston. ADULT PICKLEBALL CLINICS:
Adult pickleball clinics at Coosaw Creek will be held both weekly on Wednesdays from 6pm - 7pm.  The clinics will be $10 for members. These clinics will be taught by our Director of Tennis, William Wert, who teaches pickleball at the College of  Charleston. Clinics are open to all ability levels! William plans to focus on developing the  Necessary strokes to efficiently play pickleball, in addition to incorporating higher level strategy for those interested in taking the game to the next level. There will be plenty of instruction mixed with games and play! Come on out and join the fun! *Pickleball equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own!
